Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Failing to get enough quality sleep will make your skin age faster and look tired. To help you sleep well take a bath just before bedtime, don't eat meals right before you got to bed - allow at least 2 hours between your last meal and bedtime, drink plenty of water and keep your bedroom comfortable and cozy.

Exercises such as walking, jogging and running are called aerobic exercises which increases the oxygen circulating in your body that helps the skin stay vibrant and healthy.
